They have gone far above and beyond for us in an ‘emergency’ situation - in the middle of a ‘freeze spray’ event with rapid, huge temperature drops and high wind gusts! Two days before Christmas no less! Unfortunately, we thought we knew where our buried power line was...we were pretty far off. Brandon pressed on - with a really pleasant attitude (better than many)! Because it was a bigger fix than he was prepared for, they had to head out during the dreaded switch from rain to snow with massive temp drops to pick up additional supplies.
